Terms of Use

These terms apply to vibe-coding4elearning.com ("the site") and the free online courses on it. By using the site, you accept these terms.
1. Who we are
The site is operated by Ikkuna hepreaan Ay (Business ID 2706118-8), a Finnish company registered in Heinävesi. You can reach us at legal@vibe-coding4elearning.com.
2. Using the site
The site and the courses are free. No account is needed. You must be at least 16 years old to use the site.
3. What you may do
You may read all content freely, take the courses for your own learning or your employer's benefit, and use what you learn in your own projects, including in your work. What you create is yours. You may also quote short excerpts with attribution and link to any page on the site.
4. What you may not do
You may not republish or sell the courses or substantial parts of the site's content, use the content to train AI models beyond what the law allows, remove attributions or brand marks, or disrupt the site or use it for unlawful purposes.
If you would like to do something beyond this (for example, translate a course for your organization), email us. We often say yes to legitimate uses.
5. Intellectual property
The site's content belongs to Ikkuna hepreaan Ay unless credited otherwise. "vc4el" and "Vibe Coding for eLearning" are our trademarks. Third-party products mentioned in the courses, and their names, belong to their respective owners.
6. The courses are educational material
The courses teach a method. They are not legal, financial, or other professional advice, and they do not guarantee any particular outcome. The third-party tools we mention may change their features or pricing at any time. You are responsible for how you apply what you learn.
7. Recommended tools and affiliate links
The courses recommend third-party tools we have tested ourselves. Some links to them may be affiliate links: if you sign up through one, we may receive a small commission at no extra cost to you. This is explained in our Affiliate Disclosure. The third-party services are independent of us, and your dealings with them are your own responsibility.
8. Our responsibility
The site is provided as is. We do not promise uninterrupted access, and we may change, reorganize, or discontinue it at any time. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of free content. These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. We will announce material changes on the site.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Finnish law, and disputes are resolved in Finnish courts, unless the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise. EU consumers can find alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies in the European Commission's list at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu. In practice: email legal@vibe-coding4elearning.com first. Most matters are resolved that way.

Nämä ehdot koskevat sivustoa vibe-coding4elearning.com ("sivusto") ja sen ilmaisia verkkokursseja. Käyttämällä sivustoa hyväksyt nämä ehdot.
1. Keitä olemme
Sivustoa ylläpitää Ikkuna hepreaan Ay (Y-tunnus 2706118-8), suomalainen yritys, jonka kotipaikka on Heinävesi. Tavoitat meidät osoitteesta legal@vibe-coding4elearning.com.
2. Sivuston käyttäminen
Sivusto ja kurssit ovat ilmaisia. Tiliä ei tarvita. Sinun on oltava vähintään 16-vuotias käyttääksesi sivustoa.
3. Mitä saat tehdä
Saat lukea kaikkea sisältöä vapaasti, suorittaa kursseja omaan oppimiseesi tai työnantajasi hyödyksi ja käyttää oppimaasi omissa projekteissasi, myös työssä. Se, mitä luot, on sinun. Saat myös lainata lyhyitä otteita lähdeviittauksin ja linkittää mille tahansa sivuston sivulle.
4. Mitä et saa tehdä
Et saa julkaista uudelleen tai myydä kursseja tai merkittäviä osia sivuston sisällöstä, käyttää sisältöä tekoälymallien opettamiseen laajemmin kuin laki sallii, poistaa lähdeviittauksia tai tuotemerkkejä etkä häiritä sivuston toimintaa tai käyttää sitä laittomasti.
Jos haluat tehdä jotain tätä laajempaa (esimerkiksi kääntää kurssin organisaatiollesi), lähetä meille sähköpostia. Suostumme usein perusteltuihin pyyntöihin.
5. Immateriaalioikeudet
Sivuston sisältö kuuluu Ikkuna hepreaan Ay:lle, ellei toisin mainita. "vc4el" ja "Vibe Coding for eLearning" ovat tavaramerkkejämme. Kursseilla mainitut kolmannen osapuolen tuotteet ja niiden nimet kuuluvat omistajilleen.
6. Kurssit ovat opetusmateriaalia
Kurssit opettavat menetelmän. Ne eivät ole oikeudellista, taloudellista tai muuta ammatillista neuvontaa, eivätkä ne takaa mitään tiettyä lopputulosta. Mainitsemamme kolmannen osapuolen työkalut voivat muuttaa ominaisuuksiaan tai hinnoitteluaan milloin tahansa. Vastaat itse siitä, miten sovellat oppimaasi.
7. Suositellut työkalut ja kumppanilinkit
Kurssit suosittelevat kolmannen osapuolen työkaluja, jotka olemme itse testanneet. Osa linkeistä voi olla kumppanilinkkejä: jos rekisteröidyt linkin kautta, voimme saada pienen komission ilman lisäkustannusta sinulle. Tämä on kerrottu kumppanuusilmoituksessamme. Kolmannen osapuolen palvelut ovat meistä riippumattomia, ja asioit niiden kanssa omalla vastuullasi.
8. Vastuumme
Sivusto tarjotaan sellaisena kuin se on. Emme lupaa keskeytyksetöntä pääsyä sivustolle, ja voimme muuttaa sitä, järjestää sitä uudelleen tai lopettaa sen tarjoamisen milloin tahansa. Emme vastaa ilmaisen sisällön käytöstä aiheutuvista välillisistä vahingoista. Nämä ehdot eivät rajoita lakisääteisiä kuluttajansuojaoikeuksiasi.
9. Muutokset näihin ehtoihin
Voimme päivittää näitä ehtoja. Yllä oleva päivämäärä kertoo uusimman version. Olennaisista muutoksista ilmoitamme sivustolla.
10. Sovellettava laki ja riidat
Näihin ehtoihin sovelletaan Suomen lakia, ja riidat ratkaistaan Suomen tuomioistuimissa, ellei asuinmaasi pakottava kuluttajansuojalainsäädäntö muuta edellytä. EU:n kuluttajat löytävät vaihtoehtoiset riidanratkaisuelimet (ADR) Euroopan komission luettelosta osoitteessa consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu. Käytännössä: lähetä ensin sähköpostia osoitteeseen legal@vibe-coding4elearning.com. Useimmat asiat ratkeavat sitä kautta.
